Heather CLARK SMITH

I grew up in Oakville where I attended elementary and secondary school and then College.

I worked 30 years as a police officer in a diverse community where I honed my customer service and negotiating skills.  I am also a Certified Interior Decorator.  I bring these life skills to every real estate transaction

I lived and worked in the GTA, returning to Oakville, as it was always home to me

I have watched Oakville grow from the “bedroom community” of the 60’s to a much sought after “home” town.

As a Real Estate Representative, I have had the pleasure of working with first time home buyers learning the responsibility of home ownership, renters saving for the purchase of a home in the future, downsizers/empty-nesters cashing out their equity, and investors building their net worth.  Each transaction is unique, as is each person’s circumstance, requiring a custom strategy for success.
